At REPCO, we don’t take anyone’s word for it. Every supplier, regardless of location, must prove they meet our standards through documentation, traceability, and performance over time.

- Facility audits and inspection reports
- Product COAs and third-party testing
- Batch-level traceability and supplier responsiveness
- Commitment to corrective actions when issues arise

Our Supplier Qualification Process
Every REPCO supplier goes through a multi-stage qualification process before we do business. That includes:
- Facility audits (virtual or in-person)
- Review of certifications, compliance history, and SOPs
- Verification of test methods, stability data, and storage protocols
- Trial batches tested by our lab
- Ongoing batch testing for consistency and safety
- 3rd Party Audit Certificate and Audit Report (preferable GFSI)
- PDS (to include intended use, particle size, shelf life, ingredient composition, material source i.e. plant, animal, synthetic, mineral)
- Flow Chart
- Continuing Guarantee
- Kosher Certificate
- Halal Certificate
- Country of Origin
- FDA Registration Certificate
- 100 g Nutritional
- SDS (to include color and odor)
- Heavy Metal Declaration
- Vegan/Vegetarian Statement
- Non-GMO Statement
- Particle Size Statement
- Allergen Statement (including wheat, soy, milk, peanut, tree nut, egg, fish, shellfish, celery, sesame, sulfite, mustard). Include if there are shared lines or these materials in the same plant.
Only after a supplier passes this review and we see proven performance do we move forward. Even then, we continue routine testing and require updated documentation to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
